Mud Pump 423 Series Variable Frequency Induction Motor

This motor is a three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor specially developed to support the direct-drive mud pump of the drilling rig with an AC-DC-AC electric drive system, serving as the power source to directly drive the pinion shaft of the mud pump.

The product features the following characteristics:

• Designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with GB/T 23507.1-2017 and SY/T 6919-2020 standards.

• The connection structure between the rotor squirrel-cage end rings and guide bars, as well as the connection structure between the rotor and the mud pump gear shaft, adopts patented technology.

• The motor incorporates an advanced anti-corona insulation structure.

• Designed to meet increased-safety (Ex e) explosion-proof requirements.

• Equipped with a heater, temperature sensors, an air pressure switch, and a maintenance/service switch.
